Favorite workout:
My favorite workouts are mile repeats or 400 m repeats! I think workouts that have some variety in them are fun too. For example, like a pyramid scheme (400, 800, 1600, 800, 400).
Favorite running gear:
My favorite running gear are my Nike Pegasus. I have been wearing that brand/style since college and love them. I have tried a few other daily trainers but nothing compares to the Nike Pegasus. A few months ago, I discovered the Track Smith twilight split shorts and instantly became obsessed. They fit great, are comfortable, and make me feel fast.
Favorite running memory:
It is hard to narrow down my favorite running memory. If I had to choose, I’d say Big East Indoor Conference meet 2015. I had two break-through races, both mentally and physically that helped lead me to future success in the sport. If I am ever doubting myself or being critical, I think back to that experience because it is a reminder of how strong I am and the potential that is within me.
